You Can’t Keep A Good Man Down

My friend, Don Burnett of Larned, Kansas has been a country lawyer for 59 years. He has friends and admirers galore. Don has been battling cancer and is no longer able to go to the office. But he rose to the occasion one more time when his testimony was needed in a client’s court case. We gathered around his bed and the Court reporter, the videographer and attorneys leaned in to hear his testimony. He gathered his strength and, in a clear voice, said what he had to say.
