David Rebein Named Chair of Newly Established Rural Justice Attorneys Committee

DODGE CITY, Kan. – Rebein Brothers is proud to announce that founding partner David Rebein has been appointed as the inaugural chair of the Kansas Bar Association’s newly formed Rural Justice Attorneys Committee. The committee, unanimously approved by the KBA Board of Governors on February 21, 2025, will address the unique challenges faced by rural attorneys across Kansas.
Kansas Bar Association President Mark A. Dupree, Sr. recognized David’s deep commitment to rural legal practice, stating, “Mr. Rebein is the dean of the rural bar and brings decades of experience that will be invaluable in guiding this important committee forward.”
A past president of the Kansas Bar Association and a respected advocate for rural attorneys, David Rebein is honored to take on this leadership role. “Rural attorneys play a vital role in their communities, and I look forward to tackling the challenges and embracing the opportunities ahead,” said Rebein.
The Rural Justice Attorneys Committee will begin its work immediately, and attorneys interested in joining are encouraged to reach out to the Kansas Bar Association.
